Personal Prayer

Matthew 6:6

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Personal prayer is foundational in the Christian faith. Jesus teaches that when we pray we should go into the inner room of our house and shut the door. We should shut out distraction and work on our private conversations  and relationship with God. He is both powerful and personal. For this reason we kick off the Pray That Prayer series by interviewing who have had personal prayers answered.
